Build on a documented API

Paligo customers create structured content: tagged and ready for any channel. Our REST API, webhooks, MCP server and XML output let your platform deliver it, translate it or answer questions from it. You get a sandbox, real endpoints and an engineer to ask.

What integrations look like

Live in production, on the same API

Each integration below uses the endpoints and events available to you. Together, they show what a Paligo integration can do.

  • Help desk & knowledge

Zendesk · Salesforce Knowledge · ServiceNow

Publication pushes HTML5 topic output plus taxonomy and metadata into the help center via each vendor's API, keyed by article ID so republishing updates in place.

  • Content delivery

    Fluid Topics

Paligo emits structured XML with metadata intact; Fluid Topics ingests it as source content rather than flattened HTML.

  • Translation

    Phrase · Crowdin · LanguageWire

Content goes to the translation platform and comes back through the API, matched per topic and version.

  • Developer pipeline

    GitHub · Bitbucket · Amazon S3

Publish output straight to a repository or bucket as a zip file. A webhook or Lambda function can unpack it, so docs fit into your CI pipeline.

  • Collaboration

    Slack · Microsoft Teams

Webhook events — review requested, comment added, publication finished — posted into channels as they happen.

  • Your integration here

If the endpoints cover it, build it yourself. If they do not, tell us what is missing.

DeepL: AI translation on structured content

Paligo's AI translation sends each topic to DeepL from inside the translation workflow. No file export, no manual round trip. It is a good example of how a Paligo integration works.

  • Translation runs each version and topic separately, so only changed components are sent.
  • Inline markup and element structure stay intact — nothing comes back as flat text.
  • Results go into the existing review process, so a person approves them before publishing.

That is the pattern: you bring the specialist capability, and we call it at the right point in the content lifecycle.

What you get to build with

What we hand you on day one

Tell us what you want to build. Once we have confirmed it brings value to Paligo customers, you get an environment, credentials, and an expert on the API.

  • A sandbox instance and API keys

Your own Paligo environment with sample structured content to develop and demo against — free for partners.

  • Documented endpoints and webhooks

Read and write content, trigger publications, subscribe to lifecycle events. Reference docs at api.paligo.net.

  • A direct line to our engineers

A shared channel with the people who built the API — and a listing on paligo.net once it ships.

AI ready

Structured content is a better input than scraped HTML

If you are building retrieval or an assistant, Paligo gives you content that is already chunked into topics, carries taxonomy and metadata, and is versioned per release. That is a cleaner ingestion path than crawling a published site and inferring structure back out of it.
